Jaguars projected to a good season with new NFL drafts

WEB EXCLUSIVE

This week’s Thursday night prime time game will include the Jaguars and Bengals. The Jaguars are coming off of one of the worst seasons of all time where they went 1-15 losing which in turn landed them the top pick in the 2021 draft which they used on generational prospect Trevor Lawrence.

Lawrence, has been projected to be a great NFL quarterback since he was in high school, after living up to the hype in college and winning a national title as a true freshman Lawrence was selected number one overall but he’s been quite disappointing this season as the Jaguars are 0-3 and Lawrence has thrown more interceptions than touchdowns.

The Jaguars have another man making headlines this year after only 3 weeks. Urban Meyer, the Jaguars head coach, has been rumored to want out and return to college. Urban also coached Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow when he attended Ohio State University. Burrow wound up transferring to LSU after losing the starting job to Dwayne Haskins who eventually became a first round pick himself.

On the other hand, the Bengals are off to a hot start as they have already bested the Steelers and Vikings, two very good teams in their own right.
