As the Covid-19 struggle continues, many people have been stuck in the same conditions with the same people every single day. According to NBC News, about 94 percent of U.S. individuals are annoyed with staying around their relatives for an extensive amount of time: this means many struggling to deal with their families while quarantined with them for multiple months.

There are a lot of things that can help you have fun with your family without being annoyed by them. Several websites recommend board games. They are a good way to do something interactive with your family, while also staying competitive in a structured setting.

Another way to get along is by having a movie night. No one can argue when there’s a good film to watch. Whip up some popcorn and enjoy a good movie to ensure at least one or two hours of non-argumentative bliss.

Other ways to prevent/relieve stress are by working out and spending time outside, which are proven to relieve stress in general. You can take a walk, keeping social distancing in mind, with your family. Or you host a family work out session in your yard or living room. Don’t forget to work in those sit-ups; after all those quarantine snacks, we all need them.

There can be a lot of problems spending time with your family every hour of every day. Sometimes you just need time away from them so you can think. Don’t be afraid to take time for yourself. Have a relaxing bath or go for a walk alone. Make sure you take time for yourself so your last nerve doesn’t snap.

Something to keep in mind is that usually your family is always trying to help you, and you should give them thanks for trying to do their best. Try your best to make each day fun and appreciate the time you have to spend together. Once all of this ends, you’ll be grateful that at the very least, you made a few more memories with your loved ones.
