Kevin Patterson stands at a whiteboard, teaching a class on his last day at Oviedo High School. He will be taking on the position of ePathways Facilitator at the district level and helping build CTE programs across the county. Though he is changing positions, Patterson doesn’t see his new job as a career change, but rather a logical next step. “It’s gotten to a point where I feel like there’s a lot of stuff that I have yet to learn that I want to be able to learn. I’m gonna need to step into a new position to do that,” Patterson said.

Homecoming Royalty Isaiah Guthrie-Stringer and Laureli Herrera were crowned before the audience at the Homecoming Game. They were both returning members of the Court and celebrated their wins at the Homecoming Dance. Herrera spoke fondly of the event. “This dance was more fun than previous years, because the music was better than last year, and all my friends got to dance together in the center of everyone.”
